Returns are accepted if the rug does not match the images, is defective or is damaged in transit. If you change your mind or does not match the space you are responsible for the cost of returns.

Things to keep in mind to receive a full refund:
- All products must be returned in new, undamaged condition in original protective packaging, otherwise, we will send back in lieu of a refund.
- We will send you a prepaid return label.
To start your return, just email us at shop@cameronjonesinteriors.com with your order number and details, we will send you a return label. Once you receive your prepaid return label, you can drop off your package at any FedEx or UPS location or we can arrange a pickup.
Be sure to hang on to the return receipt you receive from FedEx/UPS, just in case! Weāll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return.
Please be sure to reuse all protective original packaging elements to ensure your return arrives safely and in original condition. An item must be returned in original condition to be considered for a full refund.
As a reminder, returns must be initiated within 15 days of original delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.
