Initial Consultation & Home Visit
This initial in-home visit will allow you to show me your space(s) in person and describe your end goal. We will discuss your needs and wants for the space as well as get an understanding for how you would ultimately like the space to function. I will use this time to gather information on your style personality, color preferences, and budget. We will also discuss what pieces you plan to incorporate into the space and those items that we will need to source. After meeting me and hearing my initial thoughts, you can determine how you would like to proceed based on the options below.
$125/hour, approximately 1-2 hours depending on number of rooms, size of space
After our initial consultation, I will put together a plan for your space(s). This plan will include suggested room layout, a mood board for you understand the proposed tone and feel of the room as well as suggestions for sources for furniture and accessories.
Design Installation, Room Arrangement and Styling
Do you just want to give your shelves a facelift? Do you want to get ideas of how your space could function differently with a furniture rearrangement? Do you want help placing rugs and furniture? Do you need someone to help you know where to hang your art? I can come work in your home on a number of various design projects.
Sourcing and Shopping
Do you have an idea of what you want but just need help finding that perfect piece or pieces? Be it a rug to tie your space together or pillows or lamps to finish off a room, leave it to me to help you save time and find exactly what you are looking for within your specified budget. Because I am typically shopping for multiple items and clients at a time, I can keep my hourly rates lower. If you are interested in having me accompany you to source pieces, we can arrange that as well.
$125/first hour; additional rates established on a per project basis
Are you selling your home? Let me help you get your house ready to sell so that you can earn top dollar. Together we will walk through and discuss color palette, ways to rearrange furniture to help spaces feel larger and function better, and ways to declutter and depersonalize so that buyers can envision themselves in your home.
*The above published rates are for local Raleigh, NC residents. If you live outside of the Raleigh city limits or are outside of I-540 but would like my help, I am happy to try to accommodate the requests but a travel fee will apply for my additional time. I aim to keep my rates as reasonable as possible because I feel very strongly that interior design should not be something that only people with a large disposable income can afford. It is my goal to help all my clients love their space and make it a home they can be proud of no matter what the budget.
